Now there are two new roles you can add to your ACA online profile: Cybersecurity Qualified Individual and Risk Manager.
When you update your online profile with your designated professional role, ACA can provide tailored information aligned with each individual’s responsibilities and interests.
Recently added role options:
- Cybersecurity Qualified Individual role: Get information related to cybersecurity, IT and the Safeguards Rule.
- Risk Manager role: Get information related to insurance, licensing and bonds.
We want to enhance your membership by sending you information and communications that are highly relevant to your responsibilities. For instance, if an upcoming ACA Huddle is focused on licensing issues, we can send out tailored messaging to members who are responsible for licensing and risk management. On the flip side, that would be one less email in the inbox of a member whose role is focused on human resources, not licensing.
Here are the roles you can choose from:
- Supervisor/Manager
- Accounting/Finance
- Analytics/Data Science
- Attorney/Legal
- C-Suite/Senior Management
- Chief Compliance Officer
- Client Service
- Collection Floor Leadership
- Collector
- Compliance
- Cybersecurity Qualified Individual
- General Counsel
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Marketing
- Operations
- Risk Manager
- Sales
- Supervisor/Manager
- Training
Note: More than one person from a member company can have a specific role designation.

That’s Not All
While you’re in your profile, take a moment to review your company roster to make sure it is up to date. You can also enhance your communication preferences. For instance, you can opt in to receive the ACA Daily newsletter or get bimonthly emails when a new issue of Collector magazine is released.
